Due to the nature of these items. Once items are shipped or in the hands of the purchaser, there are no returns or exhanges of items. Items are Final Sale.
If we believe that there was a defult in item on our end, we will either ship out a new one, at no additional cost to the purchaser. Or we will honor a refund to its original form of payment.
If we honor a refund and the item was purchased through paypal, we can only honor store credit in that same amount which can be applied to other products or services in that same amount.
